By accessing or using StoreOperator AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Free Plan: A limited free tier is available with restricted features and usage quotas.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed at ecomworkshopstudio.com/pricing.

Payment: Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans, allowing you to evaluate the service before being charged.

Upgrades/Downgrades: Plan changes take effect immediately. Prorated credits apply for upgrades.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times. After that, your account may be downgraded to the free tier.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier and some data may become inaccessible.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Our content: All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Ecom Workshop Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., store URLs, feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service.

AI outputs: Audit reports, recommendations, and AI-generated content produced by the Service are provided for your use. You may use this content for your business purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated insights to improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

E-commerce performance depends on many factors. We provide tools and recommendations, but we do not guarantee any specific revenue or conversion rate improvements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOM WORKSHOP STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ecomworkshopstudio.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Ecom Workshop Studio's principal place of business.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
